The project was based on top of Ballinteer hill overlooking the city of Dublin, The original house was a small detached bungalow with very little attic space current BER G, Our Client wanted to extend out to the rear of the property and open plan the kitchen and living areas with new master bedroom bathroom and walk in wardrobe to the upstairs , We removed the existing truss roof and fitted a new cut roof with a higher ridge level to meet current building regulations, and renovated the entire house, The current BER A
