Delbrook Manor Dundrum
The project was based near Dundrum Village, Our client wanted to make alterations to the 1st floor of the property and convert two bedrooms into the one with a large ensuite and walk in wardrobe,They also wanted to open plan the existing kitchen and dining area which consisted of taking down load bearing walls and fitting of new steel columns ,They were also keen on keeping a five bedroom house so after design elements were drafted up from one of our best architects , We constructed a new three part extension with a full refurbishment of the entire house which brought the house up to current building regulations The Current BER AA
