The property is based in Palmerston Gardens Dublin 6 Our client wanted to upgrade the existing car park facilities and create a patio area for members to lounge after there workout or swim, They also wanted to upgrade and design there reception area ,We laid new drainage in the car park and kerbed all perimeters and resurfaced with asphalt tarmacadam with a design of Kilsarans finest commercial range of cobble stone, Raised Patios where faced with beautiful bullnose silver granite, The reception area got a full transformation with new tiling throughout including all communal areas, We fitted a new reception desk area and topped the surface with raised toughened glass with a stone feature wall to the rear with there custom logo and finished off with some relaxing booth seating
