The project was based close to churchtown, Our client wanted to downsize and had the property for sale, With our design experts we managed to draft him up detail drawings on removing the current garage and building a new two bedroom house to where the existing garage was laid out with a new pitch roof seperate front and rear entrance with a courtyard rear garden, Our client has since sold the existing house a few months after the new project was completed and is happily living in the same area
